A scene at The Adventist
My pretty charming nieces
I went home last week on the 26th of march.It was decided after a week of sms-ing with awa informing me bout the progress.
We reached home 27th night.Kak Yon,Kak Sham,Ija,Na and Ayin were there at the airport to meet us.Awa wasnt there coz she went to Terengganu with her other collegues from school.We had Kenny Roger's for dinner(courtesy to Abg Tahir)then headed straight to Adventist Hospital,Penang.
Honestly i was speechless to see him,somebody who used to be as healthy and active as us now lying helplessly in bed.He went through a small operation previous days before.A small whole was opened on the temporal part of the right side of his head.That is for the biopsy,according to Kak Chik to get the necessary tissues.That part was covered by a bandage now.And the doctor did this 'shunting' thing which i didnt really understand what it is about.All i know is that water goes inside the head and come out from the chest.On the left side of his bed there was this stand for the dripping.My heart went out for him.He is such a kind-hearted person,verrrry helpful and doesnt hurt others with his words,u know like certain people do....i never expected this sight to greet me.But im glad to see that everyone else(i mean my other siblings,the females especially) is very supportive and positive-minded.This is what needed most in times like this.
Fatin was the one who dilligently stayed at the hospital with Kak Chik while me i was at home most of the time with mak.We talked alot,bout many stuffs.And in those conversations she kept saying that she is lucky to be given this 'bonus age'.I nodded without reply.
Then my beloved sis Kak Nawal(who i secretly think has a lovely face like the one of a porcelain doll)payed us a visit.She stayed at home for a few days.I got to see my nephew Rizq and his younger sister Rania.Rizq is a big boy now.He is clever,kind-hearted to his sister and despite of himself listens to his mom.Rania on the other hand is a smart girl,witty and cheeky.She has nice hair i must say.
Kak Sham and Awa goes to work everyday and were not home till evening.Kak Sham now holds the post of the legal advisor in MPPP.Im proud of her.It must be alot of work and pressure i guess.
Just as my vacations were b4,i bought some food stock to bring back to Russia.Acen was my victim as i m immobile,so he had to bring me around.
Then after exactly 10 days its time for me to return back to Volgograd.I was so happy as most of them were able to make it to see me off at the airport.It was a really nice vacation,though unexpected.
